Bluebox is the observability agent for AI-native development. Bluebox connects live production telemetry to your coding agent—user impact, service behavior, blast radius—so you can detect, understand, and fix issues at every stage of development.

What's new

September 2026

  • Investigations—workspace owners can enable auto-investigations so every new incoming finding starts a run automatically, with a configurable daily budget limit.
  • Routines—three pre-built routine templates now appear on the Overview page: Verify bugfix PRs, Daily deployment health, and Dependency vulnerability scan.
  • Chat—new page: ask anything, track long-running tasks, and share conversations with your workspace.
  • Chat—share any conversation with your workspace using the Share button, with a copyable link for teammates.
  • Get started—connect more than one GitHub repository to a workspace, including repositories owned by different organizations. Bluebox now investigates, answers, and files issues against the right one automatically.
  • Investigations—when a colleague is already investigating the same incident and has shared it, Bluebox offers a choice: open theirs, or start your own anyway.

August 2026

  • Overview—new page: glanceable dashboard of findings, investigations, and routine health, with a "new since your last visit" counter that follows your account across devices.
  • Get help—new page: where to report bugs, ask technical questions, and send feature requests, plus what to expect after you post.
  • Routines—new page: run an agent on a schedule, on a preset cadence or a custom cron expression, and read its run history.

July 2026

  • How it works—new page: investigate findings, query production before you build, and create fixes with your coding agent.
  • At a glance—added the proactive use case: query production with bluebox ask before writing code to ground your work in live telemetry.
  • CLI reference—bluebox ask answers now end with an Evidence section showing the production data it queried and any coverage gaps.
  • CLI reference—new bluebox workspace list and bluebox workspace switch commands, plus a --workspace flag on ask and otlp-endpoint for users who belong to more than one workspace.

June 2026

  • Connections—AWS DevOps Agent and Kiro integrations are now documented.
